Fia is a very lovely, 20 1/4", 38lb gal. She has very nice bone and a wonderful, shorter, thick, silky coat.  Physically, she has excellent conformation. 
 
When the pups were young, I really liked both Britt and Fia, but as soon as their eyes opened, it was Fia, no looking back!  There was something in her soft brown eyes that drew me to her completely.
 
People are very drawn to her warm personality and the lovely look in her eyes.

We all call her Fee Wee, or just plain Wee. 

She is a dream to train, having her mother's "once is a habit" learning abilities.  She takes her learning very seriously though much more like Jynx than her mom or brother.  She is a very serious dog.  There are many things about her that remind me of Jynx, the look in her eye being the thing that drew me to her, as it is the same intelligent, assessing, thoughtful look that Jynx had.  She tends to think before she jumps into something.

She is a very honest little thing as well.  She doesn't question what you are asking her to try, she does think about it but assumes if you are asking it of her, it must be fine.

She is a very focused partner, not a lot distracts her when she's working.  She really assesses her options when we're training.  This showed very distinctly when we were training obstacle discrimination. She keeps trying and doesn't get frustrated when she makes a mistake.  She just reasons out what she thinks the correct answer is.

She is absolutely, the most powerful, natural jumping dog I have ever trained!

We hit our first flyball tournament in May of 2006.  She ran very nicely, running the mid to low 4's over 14" jumps.  She finished her FDCH title at her first tournament.

She has very nice natural herding ability.  I haven't done as much with her as with Jaymee, but she is doing very well.  We are just working on our walk ups and lie downs . . . and generally listing to mom!

She is a very special little girl, and I'm glad she's my snuggle!
